Tea Tasting Ceremony
A guided, full-sensory tea experience designed to slow the body and awaken the senses. Guests are led through an intentional tasting that emphasizes sight, aroma, and flavor, creating space to deepen their relationship with tea as both ritual and medicine.
Together, we will taste 1–3 thoughtfully selected teas, while learning about the benefits, origins, and energetic qualities of each tea, herb, or floral. The experience includes moments of quiet reflection with guided journaling, followed by a brief open discussion to integrate insights and shared experience.
This offering is ideal for teams, community gatherings, and wellness-focused events seeking a grounding, educational, and restorative experience.

Tea Tasting Ceremony + Tea Blending Workshop
A layered, immersive experience that combines education, sensory exploration, and creation. The experience begins with a guided tea tasting ceremony, allowing guests to slow down, attune their senses, and develop a deeper understanding of tea’s energetic and medicinal qualities.
Building on this foundation, the gathering transitions into a hands-on tea blending workshop, where guests apply what they’ve learned to craft their own personalized blend. Each participant leaves with a custom tea and a deeper relationship to tea as a daily ritual for care and connection.

Tea Blending Workshop
An interactive, hands-on workshop where guests learn the art and intention behind crafting personalized tea blends. Participants are guided through Rise & Ritual’s three-step tea blending process, designed to support alignment with individual needs, rhythms, and intentions.
Each guest receives a tea blending card to help identify supportive herbs, florals, teas, and roots. Participants will taste a curated Rise & Ritual blend before selecting and blending their own custom tea to take home a ritual they can continue beyond the experience.
This workshop is well-suited for creative teams, celebrations, and groups looking for a meaningful, tactile, and take-home experience.
