Ritual Tea Ceremony
Ritual Tea Ceremony
Slow down. Take a seat. Let the tea lead.
The Ritual Tea Ceremony is a one hour experience guided by Taylor Nickens, rooted in presence rather than performance.
There is no rushing here, only the quiet work of sitting with a plant and letting it speak.
We begin with a smudge of sage to clear the space and settle the body. From there, you'll draw a card to set an intention for your time together, before moving into the heart of the ceremony: three individual plant pours, poured and introduced one at a time so each plant's distinct voice can be heard rather than blended into the next. Alongside each pour, a journal prompt invites you to sit with whatever is arising. We close by naming the intentional progression, the story the three plants told together, and by clearing the space once more with palo santo.
This is tea as medicine and as mirror. Come ready to slow down, taste deeply, and reflect.

Duration: 1 hour

Body Leads, Mind Follows
Body Leads, Mind Follows
Before the mind decides, the body already knows. Body Leads, Mind Follows is a 45 minute yoga session rooted in Andean tradition, guided by Taylor Nickens.
We move like a mountain. Through the poses we honor the three worlds of Andean cosmology. Uku Pacha, the world below, where we root down and release what we no longer need. Kay Pacha, the world we stand in now, where we find our footing and steady our breath. And Hanan Pacha, the world above, where we rise to meet the view from the summit.
Each session in this series honors a different plant spirit, and closes with a tea or mocktail crafted around that plant, so you can taste the medicine you just moved through.
This month we honor echinachea.
"I rise stronger for what I've resisted. I am my own protector."

Through thoughtful prompts, quiet ambiance, and a closing wax-seal ritual, your words become a preserved artifact of this season of your life.
