Key Ingredients:
Earl Grey (Camellia sinensis with Bergamot) — Earl Grey is a black tea scented with the oil of Bergamot orange, a citrus fruit with a long history in both culinary and medicinal traditions. The black tea base provides a gentle, sustained energy and a rich depth of flavor, while Bergamot brings a distinctive floral-citrus brightness that is instantly recognizable and endlessly comforting. It is one of the most beloved teas in the world for good reason.
Cornflower (Centaurea cyanus) — Cornflower is one of the most visually stunning botanicals in the apothecary — its vivid blue petals bring a wild, natural beauty to any blend they touch. Beyond their beauty, Cornflower petals carry gentle anti-inflammatory and calming properties, supporting the nervous system and adding a soft floral quality that complements Earl Grey's bergamot with grace and intention.
Calendula (Calendula officinalis) — Calendula is the herb of joy — a golden, sun-bright flower that has been used across healing traditions for centuries to lift the spirit, soothe the digestive system, calm inflammation, and support the body's natural resilience. In this blend, Calendula softens Earl Grey's boldness and brings a warmth and radiance to every cup that you can feel as much as taste.

Brew Instructions:
Steep 1–2 teaspoons in 8 oz of freshly boiled water for 3–5 minutes. Earl Grey is best with a slightly shorter steep time — over-steeping can bring out bitterness in the black tea base. Taste as you go and find your perfect cup. This blend is beautiful on its own, with a splash of oat milk, or with a small drizzle of honey. It is equally wonderful iced — brew double strength and pour over ice for a floral Earl Grey that is as stunning to look at as it is to drink.
